Smoking Laws on SUNY College Campuses

So there’s this thing in life called laws.  Sometimes you appreciate them sometimes you don’t.   Personally I would feel bad if a law that directly affected me was implemented without my prior knowledge.  That being said, to anyone who smokes cigarettes on SUNY run college campuses, in 2014 a law will go into effect that bans the use of cigarettes on the campus at any given time.  The penalty for being caught smoking is two hundred dollars.

Here is an old article by WSKG that outlines the details of the law:

Since then, such a law is now passed and will be in full effect by 2014.  If you smoke and go to a SUNY school and are upset about this.  I suggest you take some form of action before it is too late.
