I fell asleep in class today. Coffee isn’t working and I don’t have much else I can rely on. I’m at a loss for time. I can’t eat right or exercise and I think I’m sick. It’s clear to me that I’m over exhausting myself. So what do I do? I keep exhausting myself (poor choice). I didn’t have any of these problems in high school, it’s clear that I have ignored a lot of my parent’s useful advice about staying healthy. Hopefully I’ll come to my senses and go to bed earlier, get my work done in a timely fashion, and eat some more vegetables.
